What are the New Arizona DUI Penalties in 2008?

The legislature has once again raised the DUI penalties.  However, the changes only affect those convicted of extreme DUI.  That is, the penalties are only increased for those convicted of a DUI having a blood alcohol concentration between .150 and below .200.  The new penalties are illustrated below:

I was just wondering if you might be able to tell me with the average days spent in jail is for a first time DUI that is extreme (obtained in Dec of 08). I have seen that it says 30 days, is that correct? Or is it/could it be 30 days min., but you can serve under 30 so long as you comply with alchol classes.

what does NILE mean? I have to take a DUI class & they keep using this term for the class????
